UK GDPR

The UK's version of the General Data Protection Regulation, which governs how personal data is collected, used and kept.

It applies to AI that processes personal data. The ICO publishes guidance on AI and data protection, including fairness, transparency and data minimisation. Most organisations that handle personal data must also pay the ICO's data protection fee.
