European Accessibility Act (EAA)

An EU law that requires many consumer-facing products and services, including e-commerce, to be accessible.

Its requirements began to apply on 28 June 2025. It affects many businesses that sell to customers in the EU, including some based elsewhere. Check how it applies to you.
